Strong Earthquake in Indonesia

Early on Sunday morning, there was a 6.0 magnitude earthquake 147.1 km west of Abepura, Indonesia.
The earthquake struck at a depth of 33 km.
There were no immediate reports of major damage or casualties.
Officials said there was no threat of a tsunami but there was the potential for landslides.
Located on the “Ring of Fire,” Indonesia is frequently struck by earthquakes.
