Strong earthquake rocks Guatemala
There was a 6.1 magnitude earthquake 7.5 kilometres northwest of Taxisco, Guatemala overnight.
The earthquake occurred at 11:52 p.m. local time and was at a depth of 107 kilometres.
Some buildings were damaged as a result. There were no immediate reports of any injuries.
The earthquake was felt in Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Mexico.
