Strong Storm Continues to Impact Ontario and Quebec #ONstorm #QCstorm

A strong storm system continues to impact Ontario and Quebec.


Snow, rain, freezing rain and ice pellets are expected today.


Across parts of northeastern Ontario, between 20 to 30 cm of snow combined with blowing snow is expected.


Heavy rain is expected in southern Ontario. 50 to 75 mm of rain is expected in southwestern sections and 40 to 60 mm of rain elsewhere.


Central and Eastern Ontario may see freezing rain and ice pellets.


Snow, freezing rain, and rain are expected across Quebec. Snowfall amounts of between 15 and 25 centimetres are expected in some areas. Strong winds near the St. Lawrence River today.


There could be more than 25 cm along the St. Lawrence River.


Across Ontario and Quebec, severe weather continues tomorrow with snow once again in northeastern Ontario, ice pellets in the east, and strong winds in the south.


This is the same storm that is headed toward Atlantic Canada.
