Tornado confirmed in Manitoba

Environment and Climate Change Canada has confirmed a tornado near Carberry, Manitoba on Sunday, June 4.


A tornado was observed just northwest of Carberry at approximately 2:53 pm CDT on June 4.


Meteorologists with Environment and Climate Change Canada received reports, including a video of the tornado.


There have been no reports of damage at this time and therefore this tornado has been given a preliminary rating of EF0.
