Tornado confirmed in Saskatchewan

Environment and Climate Change Canada has confirmed a tornado near Saskatoon on May 12.

Last Wednesday at approximately 12:25 pm CST a brief tornado was reported about 10 km northwest of Saskatoon. Environment and Climate Change Canada had received multiple reports and photos.

This tornado has been given a preliminary rating of EF0. There were no reports of any damage.

Anyone who still has pictures of the tornado and/or damage it may have caused may still submit footage to Environment and Climate Change Canada by emailing skstorm@canada.ca.
