Trough to bring unsettled weather to most of Atlantic Canada

A developing trough will bring some unsettled weather to parts of Quebec, the Maritime provinces, and Labrador.


On Wednesday rain at times heavy will fall over eastern sections of Quebec. Rainfall amounts of 25 to 40 mm are expected by Wednesday evening.


On Wednesday and Thursday, rain will push across the Maritime provinces. Some areas will see rainfall amounts between 20 and 40 mm.


It won't only be rain but also snow will be a concern. Snow is expected to fall over northeastern Quebec and western Labrador on Wednesday. On Thursday heavy snow is expected over northeastern Quebec and western Labrador. These areas could see 15 to 30 cm of snow.
