Two Earthquakes: One Near Mexico and Near Russia

A 6.3 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Mexico on Tuesday evening.


The earthquake was at a depth of 26 km and was centred 115.3 km southwest of Puerto Madero, Mexico.


There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage.


There was also another magnitude 6.3 earthquake 266.9 km northwest of Ozernovskiy, Russia.


No injuries were reported in that earthquake either.
