Typhoon Noul impacting Hong Kong

Typhoon Noul is sending heavy rain and strong winds onto the coast of Guangdong.
Heavy rain and thunderstorms will lash the region tonight and Sunday.
Many places in Hong Kong have already recorded strong wind gusts. The Hong Kong Observatory said maximum sustained winds recorded at Tate's Cairn, Green Island and Waglan Island were 61, 51 and 48 kilometres per hour with maximum gusts exceeding 73, 61 and 57 kilometres per hour respectively.
The center of Typhoon Noul is estimated to be 465 km West of Basco, Batanes. It is moving northwestward at 25 km/h with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 150 km/h.
