Wet and Windy Weekend Ahead for BC #BCstorm


Coastal British Columbia will see heavy rain and strong winds this weekend.


The heaviest rain is expected along the west side of Vancouver Island and the Central Coast.


Some places could see rainfall amounts of 100 mm.


Wind gusts to 90 km/h are possible.


Even some of the mountain peaks could see rain from this system.


Rainfall Forecast for This Weekend:

  • Kamloops 5-10 mm

  • Prince George 10-15 mm

  • Sandspit 20-30 mm

  • Vancouver 40-80 mm

  • Victoria 20-25 mm
