What if the Earth had no Moon?

Our lives would definitely change. Read on to find out how...

Without the Moon - nights would be unbelievably darker. If you were away from city lights, you would not see your hand in front of your face.

Without the Moon - our daytime hours would change. Suddenly, our days would only last between 6 and 12 hours not the usual 24. If this happened, our calendars would change from 365 days a year to over a thousand.

Without the Moon - tides would be only 1/3 the size they are now. While high tides would be much smaller, low tides would be almost nothing. The reason for this would be the sun would be driving the tides.
