Wind and Thunderstorms Expected Across Ontario #ONwx

The weather conditions will be largely unsettled across southern and eastern Ontario today.

Winds will gust to about 90 km/h along the shores of Lake Erie, Lake Huron and Georgian Bay and Lake Ontario.

The winds will begin to diminish this evening.

It's not only strong winds to contend with, but also the risk of thunderstorms. Across southern and eastern Ontario, including the National Capital Region, thunderstorms are expected today.

The main threats with these thunderstorms will be strong winds. It worth some of these storms could become severe, so other hazards are possible.
