Winter storm to end across Southern Ontario


A winter storm is continuing to impact portions of Southern and Central Ontario today.


The Golden Horseshoe, central Ontario and northern portions of southwestern Ontario will see snow ending from west to east this morning and a mix of sun and cloud is expected by this afternoon.


An additional 5 to 15 cm is possible today with total snowfall for this event in the 15 to 30 cm range. Wind gusts from 60 to 70 km/h is expected.


Across eastern sections of Ontario snow and blowing snow will continue today. In total snowfall amounts of 15 to 25 cm is expected and winds will gust to 50 km/h.
