23 Dead After Flooding in Vietnam


Authorities in Vietnam have confirmed 23 deaths after heavy rain. Fourteen people were missing.


About 46,000 people were evacuated from impacted areas.


Over 109,000 homes have been flooded. Crops, roads, and infrastructure have also been damaged.


Last weekend the region received more rain from Tropical Storm Linfa.


The military has been deployed.
