A List Of Weather Proverbs

I hope this helps you understand the weather better. While proverbs are not 100 percent accurate, they were used and developed before modern-day meteorology. If you see anvil-shaped clouds (Cumulonimbus) forming, then a storm is on its way. 💦 If it rains before seven ( am or pm ) then it will clear before 11 ( am or pm) 💦 ❄️If black clouds form in the north during the winter, expect approaching snow❄️ 🌫️When there is a meeting and thickening of small clouds, you can expect rain🌫️ 💦If you see clouds floating low enough to cast shadows on the ground, expect rain later that day 💦
