Earthquake strikes off the Oregon Coast

A magnitude 6.0 earthquake occurred 279.0 km west of Bandon, Oregon on Wednesday afternoon, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The earthquake was at a depth of 10 kilometres and was felt by dozens of people.

There was no threat of a tsunami and there were no reports of damage.
