Evacuation Order Issued for Churchill Falls in Labrador

The community of Churchill Falls in Labrador has been evacuated due to the changing conditions of the fire around the community.

Residents were ordered out last night around 8:15 p.m.

Forestry Officials advised people to head east to Happy Valley-Goose Bay. The YMCA is the check-in point for evacuees.
