Heavy rain expected across Southern Ontario


An area of low pressure currently located over Oklahoma will deliver heavy rain and thunderstorms to southern Ontario on Friday and Saturday.


From Windsor to the Kawartha Lakes area and east to the GTA heavy rain is expected on Friday.


Up to 50 mm of rain is expected.


Then on Saturday 30 to 40 mm of rain is expected across Eastern Ontario and the Niagara region.


There is a risk of localized flooding.
