It will be a hot and humid day across portions of southern Ontario.
Daytime high temperatures are expected to exceed 30 degrees. Overnight lows will only fall to 20 degrees.
When it is hot outside it is important to drink plenty of water, avoid the sun between 11 am to 2 pm. Wear loose-fitting, light-coloured clothing and a wide-brimmed hat when outside and make sure your sunglasses provide protection against both UVA and UVB rays.
