It's time to spring ahead!

A collection of clocks

Depending on where you live in Canada, you may need to adjust your clocks at 2:00 am tonight.

Daylight Savings Time begins tonight when clocks move ahead by one hour. Meaning we will lose an hour of sleep.

The change in the time will mean longer evenings and darker mornings.

Daylight Savings Time will end on November 5.

This is also a good time to change the batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
