Large earthquake recorded in Venezuela

Several earthquakes have occurred in northwestern Venezuela. The strongest of which was a 6.3 magnitude.
The earthquake struck on Wednesday at 11:51 p.m. local time at a depth of 10 kilometres. It was centred 28.5 kilometres east-northeast of Mene Grande.
There were no reports of any casualties or serious damage.
Mene Grande is an oil town on the eastern coast of Lake Maracaibo.
