Large Tornado Moves Through Jonesboro

A large tornado has moved through Jonesboro, Arkansas.

The City has a population of about 70,000.

The tornado moved through at about 5:00 p.m. CDT on Saturday.

There are reports of damage. There is no word on any injuries.

It has been a severe day portions of the Midwest. Severe weather is expected to continue this evening. A few long-tracked, significant tornadoes are possible, along with large, damaging hail and severe gusts.
