More snow expected for the eastern Prairies

Southern sections of Saskatchewan has the potential to see significant amounts of snow on Sunday.


In total snowfall amounts between 15 and 20 centimetres are possible however due to the warm ground, it remains to be seen exactly how much will stick.


Snow will taper off on Sunday.


As this low departs, there is another one on the way for Monday and Tuesday. This system will also bring snow to the region. 10 cm is possible.


This secondary low will have a larger impact on southern Manitoba.
