NS & NL Storm Update

Areas of coastal Nova Scotia are into the thick of things this morning as the next low-pressure system passes offshore.

Snow will graze most of Nova Scotia today.

Snow will push into southwestern Newfoundland by mid-afternoon. There is a slight risk of some ice pellets near Portugal Cove South.

Western Newfoundland will only see some flurry activity. Central and eastern sections of the Island will see more significant snowfall.

The snow will pull offshore on Sunday afternoon.

This system is likely to cause some travel problems.

Marine Atlantic has also updated their schedule.
