Severe Storm Blew Over 20 Semi Trucks

Severe storms tore through Kansas on Tuesday.

The storm blew over 20 semi trucks onto their side.

There was no immediate word on the condition of the drivers.

Officials closed I- 70 in both directions between Wakenney and Hays. The road was reopened on Wednesday morning.

The storm also knocked out power for over 7,000 people. A high voltage line also fell over some of the trucks.

Wind gusts near 130 km/h were also reported.
