Snow and blowing snow continues across eastern Manitoba and NW Ontario



Warnings have come to an end across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and most of Manitoba. Snow and blowing snow will continue for areas east of Lake Winnipeg this afternoon.


In the southeastern corner of the province blowing snow will end this morning. There are wind gusts to 80 km/h.


Across northwestern Ontario snow, blowing snow, and strong winds are expected into this evening. Snowfall amounts of 25 to 40 cm are possible for areas such as Sandy Lake, Sachigo Lake, Big Trout Lake and Webequie.


For Sioux Lookout are surrounding area, widespread blowing snow is expected.
