Snow and Snow Squalls expected across parts of Ontario

It is going to be another unsettled day across portions of Ontario with snow and snow squalls.

Across most of northeastern Ontario, snow is expected to begin this evening and continue until Monday morning. Snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm are expected by tomorrow morning.

Snow squalls are expected to develop for areas east of Lake Superior this evening and continue through early Monday morning. Snowfall amounts of 15 to 20 cm are expected. Winds will gust to 70 km/h.

Snow squalls are also expected for locations adjacent to Georgian Bay overnight. Winds may also gust to 70 km/h.

Southeast of Lake Nipigon 5 to 10 cm of snow is expected by Monday morning combined with winds gusting to 60 km/h.

Travel will be dangerous due to accumulating snow on roadways and blowing snow will reduce visibility.
