Snow expected for parts of Ontario

It might only be the first week of October but we are talking about the possibility of some snow for portions of northeastern Ontario.

Rain will fall across parts of northeastern Ontario on Thursday. When the temperatures fall on Thursday night, rain will likely change to snow.

Some areas could see 2 to 5 cm of snow. Not significant but a sure sign that winter is on the way.

Temperatures are expected to drop below zero and as a result some areas could be icy on Thursday night into Friday morning.
