Storm to bring another dumping of snow to parts of Atlantic Canada

Nova Scotia
An area of low pressure will pass east of Nova Scotia and will deliver snow and strong winds on Sunday and Monday. Snowfall amounts of 15 to 35 cm are expected. Winds will also gust from 60 to 80 km/h.
The snow will end from west to east beginning on Monday morning.
Newfoundland
The low pressure will pass south of Newfoundland on Sunday night and will bring heavy snow, rain, and strong winds to portions of the Island.
For eastern Newfoundland, including the Avalon Peninsula, heavy snow will start late overnight on Sunday. The snow may transition to rain on Monday morning before changing back to snow Monday night. Snowfall amounts between 25 and 45 cm are possible. Some southern areas could see 10 to 20 mm of rain. Winds will gust between 80 and 110 km/h. Conditions will improve on Tuesday afternoon.
Parts of southern, central, and northeastern Newfoundland will receive 15 to 25 cm of snow with winds gusting between 80 and 100 km/h. Conditions will improve on Tuesday afternoon.
Coastal flooding is possible for eastern and northeastern facing coastlines from Cape Freels to the Burin Peninsula.
