Storms roll across Southern Ontario and Southern Quebec


Southern Ontario and Southern Quebec were under severe thunderstorm warnings and tornado warnings on Thursday.


The storms were delivered from a cold front associated with a low.


Hydro One and Elexicon Energy are responding to several power outages. Hydro One is reporting 34,361 customers without power.
