Stormy day expected across Alberta

An area of low pressure will develop across northern areas of Alberta today. The low will bring rain to northern sections of the province today. Most areas will receive 10 to 15 mm of rain and wind gusts to 80 km/h.

Snow is expected across the Mountain Parks today and tonight. Snowfall amounts of 10 to 20 cm are expected. Lesser amounts are likely for the Pincher Creek area tonight. Depending on the elevation, some rain could occur.
