Thousands of Unopened Water Bottles Found in Puerto Rico

The thousands of bottled water that was sent to Puerto Rico to aid in Hurricane Maria relief have been found in a field.

The bottles of water were discovered unopened on an estate property.

FEMA declined to comment.

20,000 pallets of unused water bottles were found sitting on an airport tarmac last year.

Controversy and anger has surrounded the relief efforts in Puerto Rico.
