Typhoon Hagibis Slams Japan

Japan is being hit with Typhoon Hagibis.

The storm is packing winds of 230 km/h.

Hagibis is expected to track across central Japan, impacting most of the country.

The Japan Meteorological Agency says the typhoon will hit the Tokyo area late Saturday.

Flooding rain and high waves along with strong winds will cause significant damage.

Organizers of the 2019 Rugby World Cup decided to cancel at least two matches scheduled to be played over the weekend.

Additionally, Japan Rail, Japan Airlines, and All Nippon Airways all announced suspended services.
