Unseasonably hot weather continues across Ontario and Quebec

It will be another day of oppressive heat across Ontario and Quebec.

Once again today temperatures are expected to reach the high 20s and low 30s with humidex values in the 40s in some cases.

Overnight, temperatures are expected to only get down to about 20 degrees.

This heat is expected to continue through Thursday at least. A cold front will move through and bring a stormy end to the hot temperatures.

Watch for the effects of heat illness including swelling, rash, cramps, fainting, heat exhaustion, heat stroke and the worsening of some health conditions.
