Unsettled couple of days across Ontario

It will be an unsettled couple of days across Ontario.

Today we will see rain across areas to the east of Lake Superior. Rainfall amounts of 10 to 15 mm are expected. The rain will end this evening.

Some areas north of Lake Superior and in far northeastern Ontario could see more freezing drizzle today. Areas toward Moosonee could see freezing drizzle or freezing rain linger through this morning.

On New Year's Eve, a low will push across southern Ontario rainfall amounts of 10 to 25 mm are expected, with some areas near Lake Erie and Lake Ontario receiving closer to 25 mm. The rain combined with melting snow could result in localized flooding.
