Warm-up on the way for Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, & Prince Edward Island

A warm-up is on the way for Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island beginning on Wednesday.

Warmer temperatures will move into the region on Wednesday afternoon bumping temperatures above the freezing mark. It will be warmer on Thursday.

The warmer weather comes at a price, however. It will signal the beginning of an unsettled weather pattern for the region.

Temperatures will continue to be warm on Thursday and Friday. Cooler temperatures will return on Saturday as cooler air moves south and east from Labrador and Quebec.

On average, the daily high temperature is expected to range from 3 to 9 degrees above the average high for this time of year.
