Philippines Rocked by Another Strong Earthquake
There has been another strong earthquake in the Philippines.
This time a 6.5 magnitude earthquake struck 1 kilometer south of Kisante.
The earthquake was recorded at 9:11 am local time on October 31st at a depth of 10 kilometers.
Thursday's earthquake is a second strong earthquake in just three days to hit the area.
Five people have been killed after some buildings collapsed and landslides occurred.
Over 12,700 people from nearly 60 villages were in evacuation centers when the second earthquake occurred.
Widespread power outages were also reported.
