New Brunswick

Snow will develop on Tuesday afternoon across southeast New Brunswick. The area could see 15 cm of snow or more. Additionally, winds will gust between 60 to 80 km/h.


Prince Edward Island

From Tuesday afternoon until Wednesday afternoon, there is the possibility that the province could see 15 cm of snow or more. Additionally, winds will gust between 60 to 80 km/h.


Nova Scotia

Snow, rain, and strong winds are expected. Areas inland and over high terrain could see 15 to 35 cm of snow. Along the Atlantic coast, 30 to 50 mm of rain is anticipated.


Winds could gust from 70 to 90 km/h.


The storm gets underway on Tuesday afternoon and will continue until Wednesday afternoon.


Newfoundland

It looks like the Avalon will see rain or heavy wet snow along with strong winds with gusts likely 80 to 110 km/h at exposed coastal areas.


Central Newfoundland will see heavy snow or mixed precipitation in central and interior areas. Snow totals could be 15 to 30 cm in places. Strong winds with gusts from 60 to 100 km/h is expected in exposed areas.


Western Newfoundland will see rain along the coast, changing to snow inland and over high terrain. Wind gusts from 60 to 90 km/h are expected, especially along the coast.


It will be very windy along the exposed southwest coast.
