Rain on Wednesday and Thursday across portions of northwestern Ontario

Rain will be on the menu for Wednesday and Thursday across portions of northwestern Ontario.

Rain will start on Wednesday morning and travel from west to east. Most areas will see rainfall amounts of 15 to 25 mm.

Then on Thursday rain will continue across southern portions of northwestern Ontario.

In this case, the rain is expected to begin Thursday evening and continue into Friday morning. 15 to 25 mm of rain is expected. Depending on the temperature snow could mix in at times.

The rain will shift toward the east impacting northwestern Ontario on Friday.

There is a possibility of localized flooding in low-lying areas.
