Saskatchewan and Manitoba to see scorching temperatures this weekend

It will be a hot weekend across southern Manitoba and southern Saskatchewan.

A period of very warm weather and high humidex values will be the order of the weekend.

Temperatures today will be in the low to mid 30s and humidex values could reach near 40.

With the hot weather also comes the risk of thunderstorms.

Temperatures will cool in western Saskatchewan by Sunday and cool across southern Manitoba on Monday.
