Saskatchewan seeing another storm

An area of low pressure will move into Saskatchewan on Saturday bringing a mix of precipitation to the province.

Rain will begin at first followed by snow in southeastern sections of the province.

Areas along the northern Grainbelt and east into sections of Manitoba will see mostly snow. These areas could see up to 20 cm of snow before the snow comes to an end on Sunday evening.

Beginning on Saturday morning and continuing through Sunday morning there will be strong winds resulting in blowing snow which will reduce visibility.

There is a risk of freezing rain north of the Yellowhead Highway.

Travel will be dangerous.

On the heels of this system is another which will impact the area early next week.
