This month Saturn will appear in the night sky at 11:00 p.m. Eastern time and will appear earlier and earlier as early as 9 p.m. by the end of the month. This is also the first time in 15 years that the southside of Saturn is visible.

Venus will appear in the eastern sky before dawn.

On the 23rd, Venus will form a triangle with Jupiter and the Moon. On July 28, Mars will appear to the right of the Moon.

Moon Phases:

  1. July 2: First Quarter

  2. July 10: Full Moon

  3. July 17: Last Quarter

  4. July 24: New Moon
